In the week I have spent at the Wyckoff Library with Dr. Goldberg and an amazing group of teachers we have been developing research topics with the goal of shipping them. I decided to develop a workout plan that I could carry from the summer of 2013 into the teaching year.
The first topic I needed to setup was time management. In talking to Larisa and Heather and my daughter Kelly I realized that I don't need a big block of to accomplish my goals. The evenings could be a time after I get home from work to either have a good cardio, core and weight workout at home or the New York Sports Club where I am a member.
In deciding how to ship my research Heather suggested a blog and rather than keep this completely personal I thought I would share what I have learned with others in my situation.
My plan is to keep track of my efforts and in this way keep myself on target to live a healthier life. I plan to also incorporate healthier eating habits, with the help of my daughters and to go for an assessment from my doctor and a personal trainer. I may also include some gym workout classes as my sister-in-law Denise is not starting to do.
